Optimalisasi Dosis Tepung Jahe (Zingiber Officinale Var Amarum) Pada Pakan Pasta Terfermentasi Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Kelulushidupan Larva Ikan Baung (Hemibagrus Nemurus Blkr)
Asian redtail catfish (Hemibagrus nemurus) is widely found in Riau waters and has high aquaculture potential. Larvae are usually fed tubifex worms, but their limited availability requires alternatives. Commercial feed PF-0 can be used in paste form, though it is less digestible for larvae. Fermentation and ginger powder supplementation may improve feed utilization. This study aimed to determine the optimal dosage of ginger powder in fermented paste feed for larval growth and survival. The research was conducted from March 10 to April 19, 2025, at the Fish Breeding and Genetics Laboratory, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science, University of Riau. The experimental method used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with one factor, six treatments, three replications. The treatments consisted of P1 (tubifex), P2 (fermented paste feed), P3 (7.5 g/kg ginger powder), P4 (10 g/kg ginger powder), P5 (12.5 g/kg ginger powder), and P6 (15 g/kg ginger powder). The results showed that ginger powder dosage had a significant effect (P
