ABSTRACT
The management of accreditation supporting documents in the Informatics Engineering Study Program at the University of Riau still relies on Google Drive. This approach presents several issues, including ineffective document search due to the lack of multi-word query support, the absence of progress monitoring for required documents, and the repeated uploading of identical documents across different standards, which leads to duplication. This study aims to develop a web-based accreditation document management application that provides centralized management, more optimal document searching, and document organization to prevent repetition and duplication across different standards. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a prototype approach through two iterations using the Laravel framework. The first iteration produced features such as user authentication, document upload, multiword search, standard tagging, percentage-based progress tracking, and user management. The second iteration added a list of required documents for each standard, additional document uploads, and document link sharing. Testing refers to ISO 25010, with results showing 100% success in functional suitability, positive responses in usability, stable reliability based on SonarQube analysis, and high performance efficiency according to Google PageSpeed Insights, indicating fast loading times on both desktop and mobile. These results show that the application meets the needs of accreditation document management with functional features and is ready for implementation within the study program environment.
