efektivitas edukasi multimedia online terhadap koping dan distres psikologis pada pasien kanker stadium lanjut
Advanced cancer patients experience complex physical and psychological health problems related to cancer and its treatment. Psychological distress is the most common problem and may affect quality of life and survival rates. Therefore, appropriate coping strategies are needed to improve mental health and quality of life including by providing education multimedia online. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of education multimedia online on coping and psychological distress in advanced cancer patients. Methods: This type of research is quantitative with a quasy experiment control time series design. The total number of respondents involved was 66 people divided into control and intervention groups. Respondents were selected using purposive sampling. The intervention group received education multimedia online using three modules containing text, video and audio for 10 days delivered online. The measuring instruments used in this study are Brief Cope questionnaire and Thermometer Distress Scale to measure coping and psychological distress. Measurements were taken three times, before the intervention (T1), after the intervention (T2) and two weeks after the intervention (T3). Data analysis used was Generalized Estimating Equation (GEE).
