CV. Graha Pratama Fish actively empowers the community of Desa Wisata Kampung Patin to develop enterprises in the catfish (patin) aquaculture sector through the "One House, One Entrepreneur" initiative. The economic activities jointly carried out by CV. Graha Pratama Fish and the local community ranging from catfish farming to the production of various catfish-based processed products have fostered a socio-economically independent society.
This study aims to analyze the empowerment communication strategies implemented by CV. Graha Pratama Fish in its efforts to advance the “One House, One Entrepreneur” target in Desa Wisata Kampung Patin. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The selection of research subjects was conducted through purposive based on predetermined criteria. Data collection was carried out through three techniques, interviews, observation, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model of data analysis.
The findings, examined through Cangara’s communication strategy framework, reveal that in the planning stage, CV. Graha Pratama Fish provides education on catfish farming, independent feed production, and fish breeding. In the implementation stage, the company facilitates entrepreneurship among village residents through various supports such as funding and education. The evaluation process focuses on assessing improvements in the quality of life of the Desa Wisata Kampung Patin community.
