ABSTRACT
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in supporting
economic growth and reducing unemployment. However, the development of
UMKM is increasing and high competition requires UMKM to be more
professional in running their business. This study aims to test and analyse the
effect of the use of accounting information system, bussines capital, e-commerce
and financial literacy on performance of micro small and medium enterprises in
Pekanbaru City and Kampar District. The sampling technique in this research
used the Snowball sampling method and the sample obtained in this research was
397 MSMEs in Pekanbaru City and Kampar District. While the data collection
technique used is by distributing questionnaires directly and the data analysis
technique user in this study was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS
software version 26 to process the data. The results of this study indicate that the
use of accounting infoemation system, bussines capital, e-commerce and financial
literacy have a significant effect on MSMEs performance.
