Pengaruh Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia, Literasi Keuangan, Dan Orientasi Kewirausahaan Terhadap Kinerja Badan Usaha Milik Desa (Bumdes) (Studi Empiris Pada Bumdes Di Kabupaten Siak)
ABSTRACT
Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are village economic institutions
established by the village government and the community with the aim of
managing local potential, increasing village income, and strengthening the
village economy. BUMDes play a crucial role as a driving force for the village
economy through business management tailored to the needs and potential of the
region. This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource competency,
financial literacy, and entrepreneurial orientation on BUMDes performance in
Siak Regency. The research method used was quantitative. The sampling
technique used was purposive sampling. Data were obtained by distributing
questionnaires to 176 respondents who were BUMDes managers. Data analysis
was performed using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) version
26, using multiple linear regression. The results showed that human resource
competency and entrepreneurial orientation influenced BUMDes performance,
while financial literacy had no effect.
