Pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi kerja terhadap semangat kerja karyawan pada hotel mona plaza pekanbaru

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of training (X1) and work motivation (X2) on morale at Mona Plaza Hotel pekanbaru. The research method used in this study is a descriptive quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 30 employees of Hotel Mona Plaza Pekanbaru. Data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of partial analysis of training has a significant effect on morale at Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru, this is because the t- count obtained is greater than the T-table (5.893 > 2.048). Work motivation has a significant effect on morale at Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru, this is because the t- count obtained is greater than the T-table (6.424>2.048). While the F test, shows that there is a simultaneous relationship between variables X and Y because the t- count obtained is greater than the T-table (31.830>3.35). Thus, it can be concluded that the better the training and the higher the work motivation provided by the company, the higher the employee morale at the Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru.
