ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity, and firm size on financial distress. The research employs a quantitative method. The population in this study consists of companies in the textile industry. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling method, resulting in 52 samples. The data were analyzed using logistic regression analysis with SPSS version 27 software. The results indicate that profitability and liquidity have a negative and significant effect on financial distress, while firm size has no significant effect. This study suggests that future researchers should update and extend the observation period, as a longer time interval may provide more comprehensive and accurate research results..
