Pengaruh Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-Wom), Destination Image Dan Tourism Facilities Terhadap Niat Berkunjung Ulang Melalui Tourist Satisfaction Pada Objek Wisata Taman Rekreasi Alam Mayang Di Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRAK
This study aims to analyze the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WoM), Destination Image, and Tourism Facilities on Revisit Intention with Tourist Satisfaction as a mediating variable at Alam Mayang Recreational Park in Pekanbaru. This research employs a quantitative approach using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The population consists of tourists visiting Alam Mayang, with a sample of 100 respondents selected through a purposive sampling technique.
The results show that e-WoM has a positive but insignificant effect on Tourist Satisfaction, while Destination Image and Tourism Facilities have a positive and significant effect. Furthermore, e-WoM and Tourism Facilities have a positive and significant effect on Revisit Intention, whereas Destination Image shows a positive but insignificant effect. Tourist Satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on Revisit Intention but does not mediate the relationship between e-WoM, Destination Image, and Tourism Facilities. Overall, this research indicates that improving tourism facilities and enhancing positive online reviews can effectively strengthen tourist loyalty toward local destinations such as Alam Mayang.
