“Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Terhadap Reputasi Perusahaan Dan Keputusan Pembelian Jasa Pada Fun Creative Organizer Di Kota Pekanbaru”
ABSTRACT
This study was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of service quality on company reputation and service purchase decisions at Fun Creative Organizer in Pekanbaru City. The population in this study consisted of all clients who had used the services of Fun Creative Organizer in Pekanbaru City in the past year. The sampling technique used in this study was proportional stratified random sampling, resulting in a sample size of 100 respondents, comprising 70 individual respondents and 30 institutional/organizational respondents. The data analysis method used in this study was Structural Equation Modelling – Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS software version 4.1.1.4. The results showed that service quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Service quality had a positive and significant effect on company reputation. A company's reputation has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through company reputation.
