Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Store Atmosphere, Dan Promosi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Tomoro Coffee Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze product quality, store atmosphere, and promotion on
purchasing decisions at Tomoro Coffee Pekanbaru. The background of this study is
based on the rapid growth of the coffee shop industry in the city of Pekanbaru and
increasing competition among businesses. This study uses a quantitative approach
with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to customers at Tomoro Coffee
in Pekanbaru. The data obtained were analyzed using Structural Equation
Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS version 4.0 software.
The results showed that the variables of product quality, store atmosphere, and
promotion had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. These
findings imply that product quality, store atmosphere, and promotion are very
important for purchasing decisions at Tomoro Coffee Pekanbaru.
