Village fund management is a crucial aspect in increasing the income of rural
communities. This study aims to analyze the relationship between transparency,
accountability, and community participation in village fund management with the
income level of the community in Rokan Koto Ruang Village, Rokan Hulu
Regency. A quantitative method was employed with purposive sampling of 44
respondents. Data were collected through surveys and analyzed using the Spearman
Rank correlation technique. The results indicate that the three variables have a
positive and significant effect on increasing community income. However,
transparency in village fund management remains low, accountability needs
improvement, and community participation is still limited, though it influences
community welfare. Recommendations are provided to strengthen the mechanisms
of transparent, accountable, and participatory village fund governance so that
village development can support the improvement of community welfare.
