Perancangan Website Pemesanan Jasa Fotografi Menggunakan Metode Prototype

ABSTRACT
The development of digital technology has had a significant impact on the photography service industry, particularly in terms of service efficiency and customer accessibility. In Pekanbaru, most photo studios still rely on manual booking systems through social media, which often cause problems in data management, scheduling, and marketing effectiveness. This study aims to design and develop a photography service booking website using the prototype method, which provides high flexibility in adapting to user needs. The website was developed using TypeScript, Next.js, and PostgreSQL, with key features including online booking, customer data management, service information display, and booking history management. System testing was conducted based on the ISO/IEC 25010 standard, covering aspects of functionality, usability, performance efficiency, reliability, security, maintainability, compatibility, and portability. The test results show that the website functions properly, is user-friendly, secure, performs well, and can be accessed optimally across various devices. Therefore, this website can be an effective solution to overcome the limitations of manual booking systems, help photo studios improve operational efficiency, and provide a more professional experience for customers.
