Pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan hotel mona plaza Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation (X1) and work environment (X2) on job satisfaction (Y) of employees at Hotel Mona Plaza Pekanbaru. This research employs a descriptive quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 30 employees of Hotel Mona Plaza Pekanbaru as the sample. The data analysis techniques used include simple linear regression and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The results show that partially, work motivation has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, as indicated by the t-value obtained being greater than the t-table (5.798 > 2.048). Similarly, the work environment partially has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, with the t-value obtained being greater than the t- table (8.887 > 2.048). Furthermore, the F-test results indicate that work motivation and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on job satisfaction, as shown by the F-value obtained being greater than the F-table (43.223 > 3.35).
