Lumbar Spinal Stenosis (LSS) is caused by narrowing of the vertebral canal due to degenerative changes in the intervertebral discs, facet joints, and ligamentum flavum, leading to clinical symptoms such as low back pain and neurogenic claudication resulting from nerve or vascular compression. This study aims to identify the general profile and functional status of postoperative Lumbar Spinal Stenosis (LSS) patients at Arifin Achmad General Hospital, Riau Province, during the 2023–2024 period.
