ABSTRACT
To determine the performance of the reliability index before and after the use of SCADA, a reliability indicator is needed in the distribution system service. can be declared reliable if the SAIFI and SAIDI parameters meet the standards set by SPLN, IEEE, World Class Service and the standards of the ULP itself. This study resulted in an analysis of the customer reliability system at PT PLN ULP Tg.Batu Kundur. The research method used is the calculation of the SAIFI and SAIDI reliability index using the RNEA method, and RIA based on data obtained from PT PLN Tg.Batu. The results of the SAIFI calculation method, RNEA 0.059 and RIA 0.051. While the SAIDI method RNEA 0.139, RIA 0.187 before using the SCADA system, while after the implementation of SCADA, the SAIFI value obtained respectively with the RNEA method of 0.057 and the RIA method of 0.050. The SAIDI value with the RNEA method is 0.086 and with the RIA method of 0.115. The results of the calculations using both the RNEA and RIA methods show values exceeding established standards. Therefore, the reliability index of the Venus feeder, based on the research results, can be declared reliable.
