Hubungan Faktor Risiko Dengan Kadar Hemoglobin (Hb) Pada Remaja Putri Sman Pintar Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi
Hemoglobin is a spesific protein contained in erythrocytes for gas exchange. Adolescent girls are a group that is vulnerable to experiencing low hemoglobin levels. Especially for those who attend boarding schools, decreased hemoglobin levels can be caused by inadequate food intake and busy activity schedules. This can impact cognitive function, physical fitness, and physical development of adolescent girls. This study aims to determine the relationship between risk factors and hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls at SMA Negeri Pintar Kuantan Singingi Regency using a cross-sectional study design. The subjects of this study were adolescent girls with a sample size of 75 people selected through a total sampling method. Data regarding risk factors were obtained through interviews using questionnaires, while hemoglobin levels were measured using a hemoglobinometer (Easytouch GCHb).
