Pengaruh Beban Kerja, Komunikasi Dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Sales Di Pt Agung Toyota Soekarno Hatta Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This research was conducted at PT Agung Toyota Soekarno Hatta Pekanbaru. The aim was to determine the influence of Workload, Communication, and Competence on Sales Employee Performance at PT Agung Toyota Soekarno Hatta Pekanbaru, both partially and simultaneously. The data used in this study consisted of primary and secondary data, with 54 respondents. Sampling was conducted using a saturated or census sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 27.
The results showed that partially, the variables Workload, Communication, and Competence had a positive and significant effect on Sales Employee Performance at PT Agung Toyota Soekarno Hatta Pekanbaru. Simultaneously, these three variables also had a positive and significant effect on Sales Employee Performance. Based on the coefficient of determination calculation, the R-square value was 0.672%. This indicates that Competence, Organizational Culture, and Workload influence Employee Performance by 67,2%. The remaining 32,8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
