Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Suntara Gajapati Di Dumai
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, work
discipline, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Suntara
Gajapati. This research uses a quantitative method with an associative approach.
The population in this study consisted of 55 production employees of PT. Suntara
Gajapati, all of whom were taken as samples using the total sampling method.
Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents,
while data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with
the assistance of SPSS version 25. The results of the study indicate that
organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance. Work
discipline also has a positive effect on employee performance. Likewise, work
motivation positively affects employee performance. Furthermore, organizational
culture, work discipline, and work motivation simultaneously have a positive
influence on employee performance.
