Pengaruh Beban Kerja Dan Work Life Balance Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Motivasi Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Pt.Yastera Brk Syariah Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and work-life balance on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at PT. Yastera BRK Syariah Pekanbaru. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a total sampling of 45 respondents and data analysis through SmartPLS. The results of the study indicate that workload has a significant effect on motivation and performance, work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on both. Work motivation has also been shown to have a significant effect on employee performance. These findings indicate that a proportional workload and a good work-life balance can increase motivation and encourage employees to achieve optimal performance. Practically, the results of this study serve as a basis for the management of PT. Yastera BRK Syariah Pekanbaru to pay attention to workload management and the implementation of work-life balance policies to maintain employee enthusiasm and productivity.
