Rancangan Pengembangan Bisnis Menggunakan Pendekatan Business Model Canvas Dan Swot Analysis Pada Percetakan Dan Bordir Cv Warok Asa Riau Di Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to formulate the business model of CV Warok Asa Riau using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach, supported by SWOT Analysis, as well as the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) Matrices to determine the company’s strategic position and develop improvement strategies based on the refinement of the BMC in business development. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using data tabulation, SWOT, IFE, EFE, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The results indicate that CV Warok Asa Riau is positioned in the grow and build strategy, which implies the need for market expansion, product innovation, and enhanced digital promotion. Business model improvements focus on the nine elements of the BMC, including customer segment expansion, digital service and innovation enhancement, multichannel distribution optimization, and cost efficiency through the implementation of Supply Chain Management (SCM) principles. Therefore, this research is expected to serve as a practical guide for CV Warok Asa Riau in increasing competitiveness and ensuring business sustainability in the future.
