This study aims to examine the digital marketing process in increasing sales at the Creative Mother Joint Business Group (KUB) "Gerai Kembang Setaman." The background of this study is based on the importance of utilizing digital technology in encouraging the growth of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), especially in the post-pandemic era that requires adaptation to changes in consumer behavior. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation.
The results of the study show that KUB's digital marketing strategy is carried out through social media WhatsApp and Instagram with a focus on four main indicators: transaction efficiency, customer incentive programs, digital product displays, and interactivity. The implementation of this strategy has proven effective in increasing the number of transactions, customer loyalty, and expanding the market network. The incentive program provided manually succeeded in encouraging repeat purchases and promotions through customer recommendations. Meanwhile, attractive product visuals and responsive communication build a professional and trusted business image.
The conclusion of this study shows that the consistent and creative implementation of digital marketing can be an effective strategy in increasing sales in small businesses. The researcher suggests that KUB develop a more structured and data- based digital marketing system to improve business efficiency and sustainability.
