This study is a descriptive quantitative study using a cross-sectional method and a retrospective approach. The sample taken was secondary data, namely medical records of pelvic organ prolapse patients who underwent at RSUD Arifin Achmad, Riau Province. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling, and a total of 199 medical records were obtained. The results showed that the majority of patients were in the 56-64 late old age category (38.2%), with occupations as housewives (88.9%), multiparous (98.5%), stage III (63.3%), and the surgical approach was dominated by reconstruction (62.3%). It was concluded that the most common risk factors for POP cases were old age, housewife occupation, and multiparity.
