Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Pada Faznet Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyse the effect of leadership and career development on employee loyalty through job satisfaction at Faznet Pekanbaru. The population in this study was all Faznet Pekanbaru employees, with a sample size of 76 people taken using total sampling technique, where all members of the population were used as research samples. The data analysis method used was Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the help of SmartPLS software version 4.1.1.4. The results showed that leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Career development had a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Leadership had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty through job satisfaction. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty through job satisfaction.
