Analisis Faktor Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Tingkat Kemiskinan Di Kabupaten Siak

ABSTRACT
This research was conducted in Siak Regency, Riau Province. This study aims to determine the effect of the human development index, unemployment, and economic growth partially and simultaneously in Siak Regency. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of annual quantitative figures from 2010 to 2024. This study uses the data normality test method, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The data was processed using Eviews 12. The results of the study indicate that 1) Partially, economic growth has a significant effect on the poverty rate in Siak Regency, the open unemployment rate has a significant effect on the poverty rate, the human development index has no significant effect on the poverty rate in Siak Regency and the labor force participation rate has a significant effect on the poverty rate in Siak Regency; 2) Simultaneously, the open unemployment rate, human development index, economic growth and labor force participation rate have a significant effect on the poverty rate in Siak Regency.. The effect caused by the independent variables on the dependent variable R2 is 82,31% while the remaining 17,69 % can be influenced by external factors of the variables in this study.
