Rancang Bangun Sistem Keamanan Toko Berbasis Internet Of Things (Iot)
ABSTRACT
This study aims to design and develop a store security system based on the Internet of
Things (IoT) to enhance monitoring effectiveness and real-time store security. The
system utilizes an ESP32-CAM as the main controller, integrated with a PIR sensor,
two servo motors, and a Telegram Bot as a notification medium. It is designed to detect
motion, capture images, and display livestream video through a web server. Data
communication is established using NGROK, which serves as a tunnel between the
ESP32-CAM’s local IP and a PHP–MySQL hosting server. When motion is detected,
the ESP32-CAM automatically captures an image, sends it to the server, and triggers
a Telegram notification containing a text message and an image for the user. The
experimental results show that the system operates effectively with an average response
time of 5–7 seconds. The camera flash and servo rotation (horizontal and vertical)
function properly. However, the system is still limited by its inability to record or store
video streams.
