Analisis Dan Simulasi Pembangkit Photovoltaic Sebagai Sistem Pengisian Baterai
ABSTRACT
This research is motivated by a study that identifies the battery as a crucial component in an electrical energy system. Accordingly, a photovoltaic (PV) power generation system is designed to supply the battery with the required energy, namely 5 MWh per day. The research methodology includes calculating the capacity and configuration of PV modules, designing the converter through a maximum power point tracking (MPPT) algorithm and converter parameters, and determining the capacity and arrangement of the battery bank. Subsequently, a simulation model is developed and executed to obtain results. The analysis shows that the system is capable of generating 5,609,102 W within approximately 4 hours and 15 minutes, with a maximum power output of 100.861 kW and a battery charging efficiency of 97.2%. This outcome confirms that the research objectives have been fully achieved. The results have also been compared with similar studies, demonstrating significant data correlation, thus validating this research and establishing it as a reference for future development of analogous systems.
