Analisis Pendapatan Usahatani Kelapa Sawit Pola Swadaya Di Desa Mak Teduh Kecamatan Kerumutan Kabupaten Pelalawan
ABSTRACT
This research aims to analyze the income of independent palm oil farming
and the implementation of cultivation techniques in Air Puth Village, Tuah
Madani District. Mak Teduh Village is one of the self-supporting palm oil
production centers, yet the productivity achieved remains low at 13.790
kg/ha/year, despite the plantation being in its optimal productive age (9-15 years).
This study employed a survey method with purposive sampling involving
independent farmers managing their own land. Data were collected through
interviews, field observations, and documentation, and analyzed using technical
cultivation assessment, cost analysis, income analysis, and the R/C Ratio method.
The results showed that several key cultivation aspects-such as spacing,
fertilization, spraying frequency, and harvesting frequency-had not yet met the
Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) standards, contributing to low productivity.
The average production obtained was 13.792 kg/ha/year with a selling price of
Rp2.950/kg, resulting in total revenue of Rp40.680.532/ha/year. The total
production cost reached Rp28.290.776/ha/year, consisting of fertilizer costs,
pesticides, labor, and depreciation. The average net income earned by farmers was
Rp12.389.755/ha/year or Rp1.032.480/ha/month, with an R/C Ratio of 1,4,
indicating that independent palm oil farming in the study area is financially
feasible. These findings demonstrate that improving adherence to GAP,
particularly in fertilization and maintenance practices, is essential for increasing
productivity and farmer income.
