Analisis Postur Kerja Pada Pemanen Kelapa Sawit Di Pt. Xyz Di Provinsi Riau Menggunakan Metode Rapid Entire Body Assesment (Reba)
ABSTRACT
Palm oil harvesting are carried out by workers in a standing position and lifting
egrek, which puts them at risk of musculoskeletal disorders. This study aims to
analyze work posture using the Rapid Entire Body Asssessment (REBA) Method
At PT. XYZ. Pulse rate measurement using a pulse oximeter and data collection
on complaints among harvesters using the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire.
Data collection from respondents was conducted by filling out questionnaires and
conducting direct interviews with 31 respondents. Correlation analysis between
factors and potential hazards using cross-sectional data. The results of this study
indicate that the dominant complaints felt by harvest workers were in the right
wrist (90%), left wrist (81%), right shoulder (84%), left shoulder (86%), upper
neck (85%), nape of the neck (86%), back (81%), right calf (81%), and left calf
(82%) based on NBM analysis. Analysis of work posture using the REBA method
found that the work posture of harvesters was in the high category with posture
code 7-5-9 and a final score of 10. The results of the workload analysis showed
a %CVL of 44% (3,473 kcal/minute), which is classified as moderate and requires
improvement because workers experience fatigue. Correlation analysis using
Conchran's Mantel-Haenszel Statistic method shows that the effect of harvesters'
workload has a significant relationship with MSD complaints with a p-value of
0.04 (p
