Pengaruh Padat Tebar Berbeda Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Kelulushidupan Benih Ikan Gabus (Channa Striata) Yang Diberi Probiotik Herbal Dalam Sistem Resirkulasi
This study aims to analyze and determine the best stocking density for the growth and survival of snakehead fish (Channa striata) seeds maintained in a recirculation system given herbal probiotics at a fixed dose (200 ml/kg feed). This study was conducted at the Cultivation Technology Laboratory, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, University of Riau, for 56 days on May 5 to June 21, 2025. The method used in this study was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with one factor with 4 treatment levels and 3 replicates with different stocking densities, namely: P1 = 1 fish/l, P2 = 2 fish/l, P3 = 3 fish/l, P4 = 4 fish/l. The parameters observed included absolute weight growth, absolute length growth, specific growth rate, feed conversion, feed efficiency, blood glucose, survival rate, and water quality. The results showed that P2 produced the highest absolute weight with an absolute weight of 3.69 g, and an absolute length of 3.37 cm, a specific growth rate of 2.19%. The best FCR was found in P1, namely 1.95, the best feed efficiency was found in P1, 51.32%, the best blood glucose was found in P1, 66.67 mg/dl, and the highest survival rate was found in P1 with a survival rate of 98.15%. The water quality range includes temperature 27-31ºC, pH 6.5-8.5, DO 4.4-6.7, and ammonia 0.0374-1.0455 mg/l.
