This study aims to produce valid and high-quality flash card learning media on the subject of the body's defense system. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, which includes three stages: analysis, design, and development. The research was conducted at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Riau, Biology Education Study Program and SMA Negeri 8 Pekanbaru. Data collection was carried out through validation sheets by validators and questionnaires for students and participants. The validation sheets were filled out by subject matter and media experts consisting of Biology Education lecturers from FKIP Riau University and teachers from SMA Negeri 8 Pekanbaru and SMA Negeri 7 Pekanbaru. The results showed that the flash card media developed was valid and of very good quality with a score of 3.86. The quality of the flash card learning media was obtained from the average results of the validation, limited trial I, and limited trial II. The average validation score for the flash card learning media product was 3.82, categorized as highly valid. The limited trials I and II obtained average scores of 3.87 and 3.89, respectively, categorized as highly valid. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the flash card learning media for the 11th-grade high school human defense system material is valid and of very good quality.
