ABSTRACT
The purpose of this Final Project on Planning and Budgeting is to plan a building and calculate the Budget Plan for constructing a building. Data collection was carried out by conducting a literature study of guidebooks and documents related to building planning. In addition, data collection was also carried out directly in the field to collect data on land conditions, at the location and conducting a survei of building material prices and wages around the construction site. Building planning was carried out using the assistance of AutoCad 2021 software for 2D reinforcement design drawings. Based on the planned space requirements, the area obtained on the Derofizha Indrapuri Housing Slope, Kulim District with a total of: 130 m2. Based on the planned calculation results for the construction of a cantilever type wall is Rp.3,040,598,668.82 (Three billion forty million five hundred ninety-eight thousand six hundred sixty-eight rupiah), and for a gravity type wall is: Rp1,553,920,843.55 (One billion five hundred fifty-three million nine hundred twenty thousand eight hundred forty-three rupiah).
