Pola komunikasi pemimpin dalam membangun etos kerja pegawai dinas tenaga kerja kota pekanbaru
This research in executed On Labour Duty Pekanbaru Town at Samarinda
Street No.29 Tangkerang Pekanbaru. This Research is such to know how leader
communications pattern in developing ethos work officer on labour duty and also to
know factors any kind of influencing leader communications in developing ethos
work officer. As for usefulness from this research is to develop communications
science and also train in applying theory got lecturing and also upon which input for
writer by self and for party of labour duty.
Research method used in this writing thesis using by descriptive qualitative
method. Subject in this research is officer on labour duty Pekanbaru town, while
becoming object at this research is leader communications pattern in developing
ethos work officer labour duty on Pekanbaru Town. Technique of data collecting in
this research is by observation that is performing perception. Directly to object
checked, interview that is the way of to get data by performing to with refer to
question and answer directly and the documentation that is collect evidence related to
problems checked. While audit technique of writer authenticity data use lengthening
of taking part in and triangulate.
From research result in writer field can see leader communications pattern at
vertical communications there are some pattern that is pattern first in forwarding
information where in it there are duty instruction, rational, ideology information and,
and feedback understanding pattern second. While pattern in communications
horizontal that is pattern in coordinating duties, pattern each other divide
information, pattern solve problem and pattern in finishing conflict among member.
As for factors influencing divisible leader communications two factor,
supplementary resistor factor and his supporter is cooperation, head experience and
knowledge, medium its Resistor factor is human resource, lack motivation,
education, facility (typewriter) and the environmental factor. In this research is writer
can see still a lot of officer which the discipline does not in conduct work and still the
motivation lack and also still the office facility lack. So that inferential thereby that
existing job ethos, on duty the unfavourable Pekanbaru Town labours. Thereby the
writer suggest to head in order to can uphold discipline work officer, can motivate
officer, so that more motivated to conduct work and also add office facility so that
more water down the way an work so that can improve ethos work officer
