Prominent society of according to his function can net trepan of information
from various good sources of media mass print/electronic in the case of new
innovation as supporter of countryside development. The innovation perhaps from
various life aspects. Target of this research is in order to drawn by how in fact role is
prominent society in course of diffusion adopt innovation development in
countryside Dangung-dangung. To know resistance of any kind met by the
prominent society is in order to interested to adopt development innovation.
This research is executed in countryside of Dangung-dangung of Guguk Sub
district in West Sumatra Province. This Research takes place at month of Mai - July
2007. Researcher use method of research descriptively qualitative with technique of
his data collecting is observation of sharing and also (participant observation),
interview (interview), and the documentation use. After gathered of data hence the
writer use analyses of data model interactive from Miles and Huberman. In the eyes
of this, there is three type analyses that is; reduce data, data presentation, and
withdrawal of conclusion or verification, and activity of data collecting itself
represent cycle and interactive. Phase from this analysis is perfonning inspection of
data authenticity.
This research good for giving big benefit academically and practical also.
Result of inferential research that has a lot of change experienced by society
Countryside of Dangung-dangung, this matter is visible from result interview. Role
of prominent countryside Dangung-dangung society in the case of diffusion adopt
innovation not even in cultural social is inclusive of economic aspect and the
technology. Pattern which happened in course of diffusion adopts innovation of
referring to role is prominent society in development in countryside Dangungdangung
is model Two Step Flow Communication. Hereinafter the writer also find
resistor factor process diffusion adopt development innovation in countryside
Dangung-dangung, especially existence of prominent society don’t conduct conveyor
duty innovate to society remember the prominent society traditionally own
responsibility of traditionally also.
