Target of this research is to know form transfer of economic social among yeoman with farmer of owner of farm. How form transfer of economic social among yeoman with farmer of owner of farm in Sungai Bomban village Air Hitam countryside of Ukui district, Pelalawan. Research by using quantitative semi research method and qualitative by using to take data in Sungai Bomba district to know the amount of existing society in Sungai Bomban district communities and to know clearly responder in field used by census method to specify responder in concerned in this research. Obtained Responder data there is 21 people who is made by research responder. To collect data of responder used by interview method, direct observation and questionnaire, data processing used by quantitative semi method. Transfer of economic social with theory transfer of base social at elementary economic transaction principle : people provide wanted service or goods. Sungai Bomban is the new village that to swell, still many matter which is left behind as in technology and educational, economic, infrastructure, and is other. This research pursuant to at transfer of economic social of farmer, there will be its of cooperation among yeoman with farmer of owner of farm, emulation among yeoman of farm. Theory transfer of social of Homans say that an individual or group do social relation pursuant to reward and punishment. Theory transfer of that Homans is layed on assumption that involved in people to obtain get deserts and avoid penalization. Theory Transfer of social of Homans to obtain get deserts is elementary principle in transaction of economic simple. The farmer of owner will give the assignment and the cooperation agreement to yeoman of farm to clean the field of them and give opurtunity each other. But, its possible to appear problems.
