Pengaruh Beban Kerja, Pengembangan Karir Dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Badan Operasi Bersama (Bob) Pt. Bumi Siak Pusako – Pertamina Hulu
The objective of this research was to find out the effect of simultaneous or
workload variable partial, carrier and leadership development toward work
actualization of employees at Joint Operation Board (BOB) PT. Bumi Siak
Pusako-Pertamina Hulu. The instrument used in collecting the data was
questionnaires which were collected from 76 respondents which have been
obtained using Slovin Formula and then determined by accidental sampling
method. The data in this research were analyzed using double regress technique.
The results of research showed the significant effect of simultaneous or
workload variable partial, carrier and leadership development toward work
actualization of employees. Workload variable had positive effect and significant
toward work actualization of employees, and carrier development has positive
and significant effect toward work actualization of employees, but leadership has
positive and not significant toward work actualization of employees.
Suggestions: (1) workload given to the employees should be considered
such as time, duration and frequency of work so the employees can work
optimally, (2) the manager should improve carrier development system and
attempt to find out the cause problem of low employees loyalty and finding the
solution, (3) the leadership at Joint Operation Board PT. Bumi Siak Pusako-
Pertamina Hulu should motivate the employees and responsible for the jobs and
not blame the others and able to solve the problems faced by the employees and
company, (4) for the researcher to take other variable which had not been studied
with more samples and to find out whether the variable of workload, carrier and
leadership development toward work actualization in other companies.
