Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Student Teams Achievementdivision (Stad) Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas Iv Sekolah Dasar Negeri 031 Tarai Bangun Kecamatan Tambang
The purpose of this research is to improve students’ mathematics learning outcomes Fourth Grade Elementary School District 031 Tarai Bangun sub-district Tambang By Applying Cooperative Learning Model Type of Student Team Achievement Division ( STAD ) . This study took place from March 1, 2013 to April 5 2013. Subjects in this study were students of State Elementary School Fourth Grade Pekanbaru, amounting to 25 031 people , consisting of 14 men and 11 women. Data collection instrument in this study is the observation and achievement test. From the results of this research is that the application of cooperative learning model Student Team Achievement Division ( STAD ) can improve students’ mathematics learning outcomes Elementary School Fourth Grade Tarai Bangun 031 , it can be seen from : ( 1 ) Increased activity of teachers at each meeting, in where meeting to meeting teachers II activity increased 4 points, or 14.28 %, at a meeting of II to III meeting rose 6 points, or 21.43 %, and the third meeting to meeting teachers IV activity increased 6 points or 21.43 %. (2) Increased activity of students at each meeting, at the first meeting to meeting where II student activity increased 5 points, or 17.85 %, at the second meeting to meeting III also increased 5 points, or 17.85 %, and the third meeting to meeting IV student activity rose 6 points, or 21.43 %. (3) Improved student learning outcomes, where the base score , the average results obtained by students studying Mathematics only 59.20, at the end of the first cycle replicates the average value of student learning outcomes increased to 66.40 with an increase of 7, 20 points, or 24.66 %, and at the end of the second cycle of replication increased to 76.80 with an increase of 17.60 points or 29.73 %. (4) Complete student learning outcomes in the classical style , in which the base score contained 11 students (44%) completed and 14 students (56 %) were not completed. While the first cycle increased, in which 17 students (68 %) completed and 8 students (32 %) were not completed. In the second cycle of mastery learning outcomes of students in the classical shows 22 students (88 %) completed and 3 students (12 %) did not complete .
