In consequence, in Program Enableness of Countryside ( PPD) claim to place people or society as target and cynosure at the same time protagonist in each;every activity step
In execution of Program Development of Countryside in Sub-Province of Rokan Pate Upstream there are problems in countrysides accept program for example : ( 1) Individual of pemanfaat not yet fully adhered rule which have been specified and agreed on. as decanted in Contract Gift/ giving of Credit, Statement ( 2) Receiver of program often lose time to accept liquefaction of donation relief fund of Local Government cash to fund account of is effort. ( 3) Existence of tendency that economic program of nationality do not touch impecunious people because execution of this program not yet is entirely felt by entire/all society requiring.
Formulation of the following research problem : " How execution of program of[is effort saving and loan countryside economics ( UED-SP) in Sub-Province of Rokan Pate Upstream Year 2010-2011?. Target of this research is to know execution of program of[is effort saving and loan countryside economics ( UED-SP) in Sub-Province of Rokan Pate Upstream Year 2010-2011. Principles Program Development of Countryside cover: ( 1) The siding of to pauper, ( 2) Transparency, ( 3) Participation, ( 4) Decentralization, ( 5) Healthy Competition.
Research done/conducted by in Sub-Province of Rokan Pate;Upstream, with attention focus addressed by at group receiver of under the way assessed capital aid pursuant to penilain of Team of UED-SP Sub-Province of Rokan Pate Upstream. This research of menunjukan that (1) Process execution of Program of Pemeberdayaan Countryside pass/through Group of[is Effort Economics Countryside Saving And Loan ( UED-SP) in Sub-Province of Rokan Pate;Upstream in [doing/conducting] construction for meningkatan of is effort society start from program early stage until final phase of menunjukan result of research a number of 19 responder or 48,00% assessing in good enough category. ( 2) Constraints faced in execution of Program Enableness of Countryside pass/through execution of Economic Effort of Countryside Saving And Loan ( UED-SP) is the lack of bersinerji among all executor or perpetrator [in] countryside in running economic business activity of saving and loan countryside and role of Energy of Pendamping Program Enableness of Countryside in Economic Business Activity of Countryside Saving And Loan ( less professional UED-SP) and still minim in construction.
