Abstract - advances in information technology are growing very rapidly demanding users of computer technology in various sectors of life. In educational institutions such as Riau University Graduate information technology is very helpful in the activity of data processing or data processing. with the creation of data management information system thesis will facilitate employee Riau University Graduate Program in particular employees of the public in managing all the data thesis. The purpose of this final report to design and build a data management information system thesis at the University of Riau berasis Graduate Program Web that can be accessed online. Data Management Information Systems Graduate Thesis at the University of Riau was created using Xampp software as a medium for accessing the web application server, macromedia CS4 as a media editor to make web designing and coding. Whereas in its design using the Flowchart, context diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, data dictionary and entitiy Relationship Diagram. The application is expected to be developed in the future.
