Poverty for Indonesia is a very serious issue. Since before the economic crisis hit Indonesia, poverty is part of the problem that has not been fully overcome. Social inequality occurs here and there. When the economic crisis hit Indonesia in late 1997, the poverty rate jumped even abandoned the new order to be up to 27 percent. Problem of poverty in Indonesia have a negative impact on the increasing urbanization of the rural areas to the big cities, resulting in overcrowding and slum areas into the urban settlers, it is difficult and limited jobs available, and the limited knowledge, skills and education led to their many earn a living to survive forced to become beggars. Since then, a lot of research that highlights the emerging workforce issues in Third World cities, the problem is considered to be closely related to rural poverty.
