Pengaruh Keadilan Organisasi dan Kepercayaan (Trust) Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Guru Sman Se-Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar
The aim of this research was to find out the effect of (1) organizational fairness on organizational commitment, (2) the trust towards organizational commitment, and (3) organizational fairness towards teachers. The survey method was used in the study with causal approach. The total of the sample taken was 89 Senior High School teachers (SMAN) in Tambang sub-district, Kampar regency using simple random sampling technique. Some 20 teachers were taken for the try-out of the study. The data was gathered using a set of questionnaire with a validity test and reliability co-efficient. Pearson product moment was employed while the validity and the reliability were counted using Cronbach Alpha product. The results of the study showed that (1) there was a direct positive effect of organizational fairness on organizational commitment, (2) there was a direct positive effect of trust on organizational commitment, and (3) there was a direct positive effect of organizational fairness on teachers’ trust. The implication of the study is that the improvement of organizational commitment could be made by improving organizational fairness and teachers’ trust.
