The purpose of this study was to look at the influence of organizational culture, leadership and placement on work motivation and its impact on the performance of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) P3B Sumatra. In this study population was employees of PT. PLN (Persero) P3B Sumatra, which totaled 144 people. While the sampling technique by means of the formula slovin so that the sample in this study to 106 and data processing using Path Analysis with SPSS 17.0. Based on the processed data is not contained indirect effect on the motivation of organizational culture through employee performance. This means that the variable performance capable of mediating Influence of Organizational Culture Motivation. Then based on the results if the data is also known to have a direct influence on the motivation Leadership through employee performance. This means that the variable performance capable of mediating influence of leadership on motivation. Based on the processed data is also known to have a direct influence on the motivation through the placement of employee performance. This means that the variable performance is not able to mediate the effect of placement on motivation.
