The bricket press machine of shell charcoal coconut is a tools used to print the charcoal granules into solids. Bricket press machine in the laboratory of mechanical engineering University of Riau have been made previously by Ricki Candra and Ridwan in 2012. Its has four holes mold and has a weakness in the construction, the construction is poor, causing bending in the roof. In the material entry system has the disadvantage of difficulties in the entering of the material into the mold holes. The purpose of planning and making of bricket press machine is easier to use, solid construction and increase the number of holes modl of bricket. Brickets made using coconut shell charcoal granules and glue mixture of starch as an adhesive. Results of testing bricket press machine using a pressure 100 kg / cm2 and charcoal mixture ratio 500 grams with adhesive 10% of the weight of charcoal. Capacity to produce this machine with once process that production capacity of this machine is 5 brickets / process.
