The purpose of design and manufacturing of mold jig and fixture plate canvas composite brake discs are able to design and make mold component plate canvas composite brake discs using a heater for heating the mold as well equipped as a thermostat temperature control. In the manufacture of molded components plate composite canvas discs, the process of manufacturing components, are: (1) design the dimensions of mold component of brakes pad compat include seat bottom, cushion bottom, bearing mold, mold, suppressors, bearings top and base top; (2) the manufacture and assembly of components canvas prints discs using ASTM A36 steel and is equipped with a heater and thermostat as an additional tool; (3) testing the performance of the mold plate of brakes pad compat use a bending machine as a tool compactor. Emphasis on the process of printing done in two stages, the initial stage of the pressure exerted on the mold of 150 bar and the final stage is done with a pressure of 170 bar with a mold temperature is at 140 ° C. Results obtained in the form of composite plates canvas brake discs with dimensions of 100 mm x 100 mm x 14.5 mm.
