The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of class management and work ethos towards teachers working effectiveness on state junior high school in Kecamatan Pujud Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. The research was conducted in state junior high school in Kecamatan Pujud Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. The sample in this study were teachers of state junior high school in Kecamatan Pujud Kabupaten Rokan Hilir that was 70 people. The results showed that the positive influences of class management teachers working effectiveness. Partially, classroom management affect the 47.6% value of the teachers working effectiveness, meaning the better the grade the better management of the teachers working effectiveness. There is a positive influence between work ethics of teachers on towards teachers working effectiveness. Partially, the work ethic of teachers affects 60% of the value of towards teachers working effectiveness, meaning the better work ethic teacher the better the teachers working effectiveness. There is positive classroom management and teacher work ethic together influences teachers working effectiveness. Classroom management and teacher work ethic together affect 64% teachers working effectiveness in Kecamatan Pujud Kabupaten Rokan Hilir.
