This study aims to determine the feasibility of a domestic industry Pineapple Chips and development prospects for the future as well as socio-economic impacts on local communities Mining District of Kampar regency.
This study uses data collection techniques with questionnaires, observations, and interviews directly to the location of the study. The analysis method used in this research is the analysis of the NPV (Net Present Value), Benefit Cost Ratio (B / C Ratio), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period.
From the results of the testing that has been done, test the Net Present Value (NPV) showed that the net present value greater than zero so that the business is feasible to run. Test Benefit Cost Ratio (B / C Ratio) indicates that the value of B / C Ratio greater than zero so that the business is feasible to run. Test Internal Rate of Return (IRR) IRR value indicates Pineapple Chips effort by 48% figure is greater than the interest rate of 12% so that the business is feasible to run and developed
