This research was conducted in Sidikalang city, Dairi, with a purpose (1) to find out potential and weaknesses of tourism development of attraction Taman Wisata Iman, (2) to find out opportunity and threats of tourism development Taman Wisata Iman, (3) to find out development strategy of attraction Taman Wisata Iman. The analysis method which is used in this research is matriks analysis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, opportunites, Threats). Date collection method used is interview method, observation and questionnaires.The result of this research the potential attraction Taman Wisata Iman is the potential for nature tourism attractions such as the natural beauty and potential as a tourist attraction religion. While weakness attraction tourist park Ima is supporting infrastructure, especially transport. Opportunity found on the attraction is as the venue for various activities, especially activities that religusWhile the threat contained in the attraction is still limited tourism technology and tourism information availability is still limited. Tourism development strategy is based on the strategy SO SWOT (Strength Opportunity) with the development strategy of tourist attraction, Strategies WO (Weaknesses Opportunity) with the strategy of development of quality human resources, strategy ST (Strength Threats) with the development strategy of community empowerment, Strategy WT ( Weaknesses Threats) with the development strategy of tourism promotion.
