Land transportation services company (Expeditionary Army) is one of the companies engaged in the field of consumer goods transport services by car or motorcycle to the destination. One company that is engaged in land transportation services are CV. Winjaya Trans in Pekanbaru. The aim of this study is to describe the company's CV. Winjaya Trans.
The method used in this research using descriptive analysis is memebahas research problems to describe and explain the basis of data obtained and interpreted in accordance with the relevant theories so as to portray the state of the terjadi.Pengambilan data using interview techniques (interviews) and secondary data in a time series (time series), in the form of annual namely 2011-2014 and related agencies such as the Department of Transportation in Pekanbaru and Pekanbaru City Board statistics center.
The results showed that CV. Winjaya Trans in the category of medium-scale enterprises views of the capital and annual sales volume. The resulting product is a service road transport services are divided into two types of services include moving services and service partners. Workers at the company said to be good, judging from most graduates from high school, or by 45.45% and in terms of work experience of workers who have had experience of> 1 year. Venture capital in the early start is derived from its own capital 50%, 30% of investors and 20% from bank loans. Determination of the prevailing price in the CV. Winjaya Trans divided into 3 Moving Goods , Electronics and Goods Paper Cardboard Wood . Procedures pricing is calculated from the risk in bringing the goods, heavy goods and distant destinations.
