Kualitas Makanan Di Restoran Hotel Mona Plaza Pekanbaru
The purpose of this study is to know the quality of food in RestauranMona Plaza HotelPekanbaru. and what the efforts to do to know the quality of food Restauran MonaPlaza Hotel Pekanbaru.
The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative approach. descriptive quantitative approach is a process of the research that to classified the data in the form of numbers that processed by statistical methods.Essentially quantitative approach is done inferential research, and to simplity conclusion of thestudy result at an error probability of rejection is nil. With quantitative research will get the significance between the variables that studied. In general, the quantitative research is the research that us a large amount. (Sasmita, 2013: 14). The concept of this study is us theoretical concepts by (Bartono PH, EM Ruffino 2005). Abaut the quality of the food. this reserch is us a Likert scale, in every process to get the information.
This research is get good responds from management and the guests about the quality of food in Restaurant Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru. Therefore, the presence of the research hotel will further improve the quality of food at Restaurant Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru.
