Symptoms seen on job satisfaction of teachers, namely: their Part of teachers have kegairaan low work, the majority of teachers are not some preparation in teaching, the majority of teachers who often arrive late, the majority of teachers who started teaching hours is not timely and ending hours of lessons especially in the early hours last lesson. While the symptoms seen in the work climate, namely: lack of initiative and creativity of teachers working in the work, lack of alliances among fellow teachers, their Part of teachers who are not satisfied with all the existing facilities at the office. The symptoms that reflect the low working climate this teacher would have a negative impact if left unchecked, because it lowers the productivity of work teachers that will ultimately reduce the quality of peneltiian pendidikan.Tujuan is to find out the Relationship Between Climate Work With Kindergarten Teacher Job Satisfaction Sub Tuah Karya District of Handsome Pekanbaru. This study population is the entire kindergarten teacher at Village Tuah Karya Handsome District of the city of Pekanbaru as many as 85 teachers consisting of 16 kindergarten. sample in this study is as much as 46 For testing purposes taken 20 people out of a population which is not an actual sample. Based on the calculation, it is known t arithmetic amounted to 6,862 and t table of 2.015. Thus t> t table or 6,862> 2,015 means that there is a positive and significant correlation between job satisfaction kerjaguru climate.
